Overview/Job Summary:
Records and processes transactions, receives callers, determines the nature of
business, and directs callers. Sets appointments, closes, organizes, and files Repair
Orders and makes outbound calls.
When interacting with customers, seeks to deliver exceptional guest experiences
by going above and beyond. When not interacting with guests, give priority to
helping other team members deliver exceptional guest experiences (e.g., by being
highly responsive to their requests for information or assistance that will help them
serve our guests).
Treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect.
Attendance and Punctuality.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Receives monies and keeps accurate accounts of records.
Documents such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and
computer printouts will be used to verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions in appropriate ledgers or computer files.
Compiles reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to
operation of the business.
Runs report; balance receipts against deposit report.
Batches out credit card machines.
Answers inbound phone calls and distributes calls to appropriate associates via transfer of calls and/or taking thorough messages and delivering.
Assembles Repair Orders in sequence and files.
Copy and fax/scan documents as necessary.
Greets walk-in customers and determines the nature of their visit.
Assists with clerical duties as requested and any other duties assigned.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
Education, Experience:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service
Working knowledge of MS operating systems and applications
Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have experience using Microsoft Office
An understanding of Windows-based client/server applications is preferred
