Hours:
Tuesday – Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm plus Saturday 7:00am to 6:00pm
Requirements:
Able to answer multi-line phone for two dealerships in a timely and professional manner Proven working experience handling receptionist responsibilities Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional appearance Solid communication skills both written and verbal Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure to assist customers and staff. Summary As a Part-time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and managing front desk operations. Your core skills in communication, computer literacy, and organizational abilities will be essential in handling phone inquiries and administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with multi-line phone systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role. With a focus on creating a welcoming environment, you will support our team in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management. Maintain cleanliness of guest areas. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite to prepare documents and manage schedules. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain organized records and assist in office management tasks as required.
