We’re looking for a front desk receptionist for our chiropractic office! Our office hours are weekdays only, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll take the time to train you; mainly we’re looking for the right personality to fit in with our upbeat group! Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, self motivated, and outgoing. Basic job duties include scheduling, receiving/making phone calls, and taking payments. We are a cash practice, and we do not file insurance. So no coding required! We strive to create genuine connections with our patients. The interactions at the front desk is what makes the difference in people feeling welcomed. So we’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, able to multitask, and contributes to maintaining a positive work environment (no pressure, right?).
