Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage appointment making for grooming and boarding. Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems, such as updating vaccines, filing contracts, etc. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies. Maintaining the workspace and the lobby. Utilize Microsoft applications for document creation, spreadsheet management, and communication. Skills Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Kennel Connection Software. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in an office setting or a vet clinic. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
