• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by the office manager
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with order entry and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area “`

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
