Front Desk Associate The Skin Studio Medical Spa Columbia, SC 29205 Part-Time Front Desk Associate – Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Skin Studio | Columbia, SC Skin Studio is looking for a polished, personable front desk associate to join our team on weekends. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves customer service, thrives in a spa environment, and wants to be part of a supportive, beauty-focused team.
Schedule:
Saturday:
2:00 PM – 6:30
PM Sunday:
12:00pm -4:30 (hours depending on bookings, approximately 4-5 hours)
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients and ensure smooth check-in/check-out Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations Answer phone calls and respond to basic client inquiries Process payments and handle retail purchases Support providers by keeping the lobby clean and welcoming Upsell gift cards, specials, and memberships when appropriate
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, reliable, and professional Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable working with booking systems (we’ll train you!) Spa or salon experience is a plus, but not required
