We have a Community Center for our property owner members and residents. Guest members may join through the purchase of a limited membership or their insurance if applicable. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with prior customer service experience. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and experience with various software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Warmly greet and check in all members and guests; Ensure ID verification for all individuals entering the facility. Answer phone inquiries politely and enthusiastically.

Administrative:

Accept payments through POS system accurately and confirm necessary documentation; Maintain organized front desk operations, including materials and supplies.

Communication & Policy Enforcement:

Communicate with team members, supervisors and management to keep everyone informed as needed; Enforce and promote facility policies consistently and professionally; Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Safety & Risk Monitoring:

Monitor activities within the center to identify and mitigate potential risks. Support programming and facility events as needed.
