We are looking for that right person with an upbeat, positive, friendly, and energetic personality to greet our patients and work in our Front Office at Check-In/Check-Out and schedule patient appointments. This person’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, checking patients in and out, collecting co-payments, co-insurances, and deductible amounts, scheduling appointments, end of day balancing, answering multi-physician phone lines, work to maintain workflow in the front office to provide excellent service to our patients. This candidate must want to be part of a great team, possess excellent customer service.
