Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic’s calendar
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or concerns
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for all patients
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
• Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing medical collections

Skills:

• Proficient in veterinary terminology and knowledge of common animal diseases and treatments
• Strong animal handling skills, ensuring the safety and comfort of both pets and clients
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment in the clinic
• Knowledge of animal husbandry practices to provide appropriate care for different species We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service while supporting the veterinary team.
