This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and providing administrative support as needed. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Handle office management duties including maintaining supplies and organizing files. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution. Provide administrative support to various departments as required. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment or as a receptionist is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in office management software and tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
