The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
