P Job Knowledge/Duties:
Acts appropriately under the direction of the Administrator Demonstrates ability to adjust to changes in unit/shift assignments to meet facility needs Provides clerical support to the Administrator and respective disciplines Assists with answering phones, COVID Screening, Facility Family Visits Interacts with residents, family members, co-workers, clinical and ancillary staff Creates and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment throughout the facility Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning (EOE)
