ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Answers, screens, and transfers inbound calls Welcomes and directs visitors and clients Performs general clerical duties including photocopying, fax, mail, shipping and e-mailing Maintains documents within filing system and facilitate requests for information Resolves administrative problems and inquiries Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and e-mails Opens, sorts, and distributes mail Coordinates maintenance of office equipment Maintains inventory and restocks caf, hospitality bars, conference rooms, and copy stations Performs all other duties as assigned
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience Experience with company utilized software to include OneSite or Yardi is helpful, though not required Knowledge of the operation of standard office equipment High School diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred Adobe experience preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Frequently sit, stand and walk. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary.
