As a key member of the Specialty Dental Brands team, the Patient Support Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient and visitor. This position serves as the front-line ambassador of our practices—greeting patients warmly in person and over the phone, providing exceptional service, and going the extra mile with each interaction. The representative supports critical operational functions by utilizing our internal referral and CRM systems, actively educating patients on our services, and expertly managing appointment scheduling through specialized software. With a commitment to teamwork and patient care, the Patient Support Representative also responds positively to direction, collaborates with colleagues, and performs a variety of essential administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities/Activities:

Welcome patients and visitors to the office(s) by greeting patients and visitors on the telephone and answering inquiries or referring questions to other staff members all while giving great service and going the extra mile every time. Works with company internal referral program and CRM systems Actively shares knowledge about our services with patients. Uses appropriate scheduling software and protocols to schedule patients. Schedule all appointments and procedures at the appropriate office. Reschedule appointments as needed. Positively responds to directions and requests for assistance from co-workers, supervisors, managers and patients. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be Bilingual Experience with CRM systems and internal referrals Working knowledge of dental terminology and practices. Must be comfortable in a fast paced, quickly changing environment. Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. As a condition of employment, qualified applicants will be subject to a background check, including criminal history, driving history and character references.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum one to three (1-3) years of relevant experience, preferably in a dental office. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Extensive use of a phone. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Excellent speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech. Must have high finger dexterity to perform duties involving work on the computer.
