We are a multi-specialty dental office looking to staff our growing dental clinics. Very busy dental practice so must be easygoing, friendly, and ready to work. Will be interacting directly with patients, doctors, insurance and answering a high volume of phones . Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service/receptionist/front desk duties; dental experience is a PLUS but not required . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Interacting in a high-volume patient practice Learning schedule needs-checking patients in and out Computer savvy: No paper charting, all forms are completed electronically Making recall appointments and confirming schedule Collecting payments and co-pays Verifying insurance eligibility and contacting insurance when applicable Working with office managers, supervisors, and operations team to resolve issues and answer questions

Ideal Candidate:

Must have strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Able to multi-task in a growing, high-volume environment Bilingual (English and Spanish/Portuguese) preferred
