You’ll be the command post of the front office.

Your key responsibilities include:

Opening and closing the office daily , reliably and independently Answering phones and triaging calls/messages , including coordinating with an outsourced receptionist service Welcoming all visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and warm manner Processing client payments and ensuring accurate records for the billing team Receiving and distributing incoming mail , scanning and routing documents Preparing the weekly docket and handling light administrative tasks Ordering office supplies and lunches for firm meetings or events Keeping the reception area clean and professional at all times Managing unexpected events with poise — whether it’s three phones ringing, a walk-in client, or an urgent delivery You’re a
