Saturdays a MUST. Pay is based on experience. Excellent communications skills, proficiency in client education and the ability to demonstrate quality patient care are critical. Being fluent in SPANISH highly desired.

Responsibilities include:

answering phone calls from clients, scheduling appointments and procedures, checking in clients, managing record requests (between clients, other hospitals and specialty practices), filling prescriptions, discharging patients, client education, assisting in cleaning the hospital, processing payment transactions, maintaining proper documentation in the electronic medical record, and relaying appropriate information to/from clients to doctors and/or management.
