The Home Building Group is actively searching for a Director of First Impressions – Receptionist to join the team at our TRU-White Pine facility.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

The Director of First Impressions (DOFI) serves as a primary point of contact for visitors, appointments, deliveries, and in-bound phone calls. It performs multiple administrative duties that strongly contribute to the efficiency of the organization. The

TRU DOFI

is responsible for managing all “front door” interactions with visitors, customers, applicants and staff. Provides general office administration support, such as telephone answering, mail, general filing, receiving, and Petty Cash Management. Also provides support to Production, TMS and Sales, preparing item such as, but not limited to, Data Plates, Certificates of Origin and House Packs.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

General Utilize professional etiquette to answer multiple phone lines and greet the public and/or customers Assist the TMX, Sales and Productions Managers with projects as needed Greeting Applicants and aiding during the Application and Interview Processes Filing, making copies, printing / collating, and any other pertinent administrative responsibilities as assigned Preparing Data Plates, Appliance Reports and Insulation/Warranty Cards Receipt House Payments and AR Detail Preparing Certificates of Origin Managing the

IBTS HUD

Monthly Production Reports Participate in Quarterly Inventory Other job duties as assigned Front Desk/Reception Facilitate and coordinate guests and scheduled appointments Answer the main phone line – route calls, take messages, and manage the initial communications Maintain coffee bar area Human Resources Facilitate human resources processes as requested by the TMX Manager
