We are looking for a full-time receptionist who is avaliable to work 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have previous experience being a receptionist and have the ability to use Microsoft Office programs, a multi-line phone system, organized, professional, and multi-tasking. Direct guest and customers to the correct person in person or on the phone
Maintain security over sign in sheets at the Branch
Answer general questions for callers or visitors
Distribution of all mail and voicemail to appropriate person
Manage office orders for Branch personnel or general supplies
