• This position involves customer service at the front desk and approximately one hour per day of cleaning around the gym.

The applicant must be friendly, professional, dependable, passionate about fitness, and possess basic computer skills and excellent customer service skills. Duties Give tours of the facility and enroll new members. Assist members and guests with their needs in a friendly and efficient manner. Answer and resolve phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner. Ring up purchases of retail items, guest passes, and personal training. Clean around the gym for approximately one hour per day. Ensure that members follow gym policies and procedures. Communicate any issues or member concerns to the general manager. Candidate Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills Outgoing and enthusiastic about fitness Desire to help others Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and honest Detail oriented Ability to follow instructions and multi-task Basic computer and math skills High school diploma and prior customer service experience preferred
