Front Desk Receptionist Dooley Tractor Co. 109 North Congress Parkway, Athens, TN 37303 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. Handle inquiries and provide information regarding services offered. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. Experience Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients. Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail in customer payments and maintaining accurate records.
