Job Responsibilities:
Guest Check-in/Check-out :
Greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Reservations :
Manage room reservations and cancellations in our system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Service :
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Telephone & Email Communication :
Answer phone calls and emails, providing guests with information regarding hotel services, room availability, rates, and promotions.
Administrative Tasks :
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, maintaining guest records, and ensuring the front desk area is organized.
Cash Handling :
Process payments and maintain accurate billing information.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, management) to ensure guest satisfaction.
