Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00

PM Pay:

$15.00 to $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Full-Time, In-Person About the Role Choice Fabrics is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist for our fabric showroom in Springfield, TN. You will be the first person customers see when they walk in, offering a warm welcome and answering questions while they shop. This position also includes light administrative support. You will be approving orders in our system and assisting the General Manager with daily office tasks, so strong computer skills are necessary. If you enjoy working with people and fabric in a team-oriented environment, this is a great opportunity to join a creative and growing business. Quilting knowledge is a big plus. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in the store with a professional and positive attitude Answer questions about fabric, patterns, and products Approve incoming sales orders using our internal system Provide administrative support to the General Manager as needed Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate team member Assist with daily office and warehouse coordination tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Friendly and professional communication style Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Familiarity with fabric or quilting is a major plus Previous customer service or office experience preferred Employee Benefits Paid vacation and paid holidays Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Stable, full-time schedule with daytime hours About Choice Fabrics Choice Fabrics is a wholesale fabric distributor located in Springfield, TN.
