Receptionist/Customer Service Blue Mountain Mist Massage & Spa 1737 Pullen Road, Sevierville, TN 37862 Blue Mountain Mist Massage & Spa is a peaceful retreat cottage nestled in the Smoky Mountains, offering a variety of relaxing spa services in a warm, welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly receptionist that provides exceptional customer service to our guest.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere Answer phone calls and book appointments Schedule and manage appointments accurately Maintain a clean and organized reception workspace Handle payments Support spa staff by helping them clean and laundry
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience preferred Detail-oriented and dependable Familiarity with appointment scheduling software is a plus Must be available to work
