The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, utilizing effective phone etiquette. Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members. Maintain an organized filing system for office documents and records. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and correspondence. Handle customer inquiries and provide support in a friendly manner. Operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Experience Previous experience in a similar front desk role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
