Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Maintain an organized filing system for records and documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings and appointments.
- Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks as required. Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephones, printers, and computers.
- Familiarity with filing systems and document organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus.
