JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Service Business Development Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities Answer incoming service department calls Schedule appointments Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires Assist the Service Manager with various clerical duties as needed Contact customers for Customer Satisfaction responses Handle customers with integrity and poise and refer incoming calls to the appropriate individual for further assistance Qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience using Microsoft Office suite Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
