$29.1K – $32.7K a year 21 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Referral program Qualifications Entry level Full Job Description The Farm at Natchez Trace is a locally owned luxury pet resort for dogs and cats, located in Franklin, TN on Hwy 96 (near Hwy 100 – close to Bellevue & Fairview). We are currently looking for a part-time (24-32 hours per week) Front Desk Receptionist to join our compassionate animal-loving team! The shifts are 7:45 am to 4:15 pm or 9:45 am to 6:15 pm – may be a combination of both shifts each week – so flexibility is needed. Must be available to work weekends and holidays/high demand periods. If you’re passionate about dogs & cats and enjoy providing excellent customer service to clients, this may be the perfect job for you!
What you will do:
Handle Pre-Opening and Post-Closing Duties Warmly & professionally greet clients & guests Perform Check-Ins, Check-Outs and Reservations Handle dogs and cats of various sizes and breeds Update records/files Respond to phone calls Assist in other departments as needed
Skills/Abilities Needed:
A customer focused mindset Positive, energetic and enthusiastic Enjoy working as part of a team Must be comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats, as handling our furry guests is definitely part of the job…….and it’s very rewarding Willing to follow-through & follow-up; detail oriented Able to bend, squat and lift up to 40 pounds.
