Leading Nail, Lash & Beauty Salon Pay:

$18-$19 per hour Are you passionate about beauty and wellness? Do you love creating a welcoming, organized, and high-energy environment for both clients and team members? We’re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations and help deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a friendly and inviting first impression Learn and use clients’ names to build genuine connections and loyalty Help clients book appointments, select services, and match with the right nail tech or artist Maintain a rotating schedule for all artists (nail techs, lash techs, brow specialists) Set up manicure/pedicure rooms and prepare stations ahead of each service Offer complimentary drinks and service recommendations to clients Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, transactions, gift card and retail sales Handle salon communications: answer phones, reply to texts and emails, and manage social media (Instagram, Facebook) Demonstrate a strong understanding of salon management software and protocols Resolve any client concerns with professionalism and calm Open and close the salon independently and responsibly Help maintain daily cleanliness and organization at the front desk, polish station, and chair •Check and maintain the salon supplies list monthly and report restocking needs Model excellent verbal and written communication for staff Ensure all front desk team members follow company procedures and provide high-level service

Schedule & Requirements:

2-3 days per week 8-9 hour shifts Must be able to open and close the salon Prior experience in a salon, spa, or customer service setting is preferred Must be organized, friendly, fast-paced, and a great multitasker
