• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service skills.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the RV Park and it’s amenities.
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts
• Manage phone calls.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized

• Skills:

• Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling customer relations This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
