Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The position will provide primary support to ensure efficient operation of the real estate business with occasional support for the rental operation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute reports
- Perform detailed data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with rental operations business during busy season, as Mary Davis workload permits
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
