Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the central switchboard.

Responsibilities:

Supervise shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates. Assess daily activities to ensure continuous improvement and the delivery of quality service for all customers. Determine, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels. Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols. Train, coach, and evaluate associates on performance expectations and applies progressive discipline when appropriate. May be required to operate the central switchboard to answer and route incoming calls and to communicate codes, alerts, drills and other announcements.

Requirements Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
