Your Impact:
System Deployment and Renewal:
Facilitate the installation, maintenance, and rejuvenation of both electrical and instrumentation configurations. Undertake calibration and thorough testing to guarantee system fidelity. Drive modernization initiatives for peak operational efficiency. Provide instruction and support on best practices in system use and maintenance.
Anticipating and Resolving Disturbances:
Accurately diagnose discrepancies and enforce corrections. Initiate preventive routines that reduce disruption and amplify longevity. Front swift responses to urgent breakdowns, ensuring minimal production setbacks. Take part in continuous methodologies for optimal system endurance and reduced expenses.
Logistics, Collaboration, and Adherence:
Sustain comprehensive maintenance records, ensure regulatory adherence, and synchronize activities across departments for system upgrades and maintenance scheduling. Monitor crucial stock levels of components, prioritizing readiness for unforeseen needs. Collaborate seamlessly with engineering and production units to maintain harmonious operation. About You:
A minimum of 5 years in E&I expertise Proficient in PLC repair and upkeep, installing and troubleshooting VFDs, with a versatile skill set in machinery instrumentation repair. Experience in driving electrical projects within the plant is vital.
