Summary We are seeking a skilled foreman and two person crew. We install mostly silt fence and other erosion control items such as staked turbidity barrier, floating turbidity barrier, and inlet protection. Looking for hard working employees who show up every day and on time. Come ready to work until the job is done! May require an occasional weekend and out of town work. Per diem paid for out of town , and time and a half for overtime. Must be handy with a shovel, a sledgehammer, and able to work long hours in the sun! If you can handle that you can start tomorrow! Responsibilities Maintain vehicle and equipment. Meet FDOT standards with installation technique. Organize your team for optimal performance. Find solutions to any onsite issues and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Provide technical support and training to team members on control systems. Requirements Experience in related field. Proven experience in controls engineering within the construction industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction management principles. Familiarity with power tools and electrical systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
