Qualifications:
High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs. PC keyboard and basic computer skills. To work every other weekend and/or every weekend To work three (3) out of six (6) holidays and/or every holiday To work rotating schedule/shifts based on needs.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
1 year of work experience as a switchboard operator. Working knowledge of PBX console. Switchboard or call center experience
