Job Summary:
Join an elite mission at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Charleston, SC, and Joint Base Charleston, where you’ll drive critical support for a premier federal law enforcement training operation! As a seasoned federal contractor, you’ll orchestrate top-tier student services-think dynamic dining, seamless dorm management, precise transportation, and cutting-edge training support like range masters and role players-to empower the nation’s future protectors. As Pesticide Control Personnel, you’ll ensure pristine grounds, safeguarding the training environment with expert vegetation management.
Location:
Charleston, SC Responsibilities:
Apply pesticides and oversee vegetation control per contract specifications. Supervise uncertified personnel during pesticide application. Apply pesticides under certified supervision.
Support grounds maintenance efforts as directed.
Qualifications:
Licensed by the applicable South Carolina agency for vegetation control categories specified in the contract. Minimum 30 days’ employment in weed control.
Training in pesticide selection, application, safety, handling, and label interpretation.
Additional Requirements:
