Martin Street North, Pell City, AL 35125 Job Overview Town & Country Ford located in Pell City, Alabama, is seeking an experienced and detail oriented automotive Title Clerk to join our growing Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with the processing of automotive titles, as well as basic accounting and bookkeeping skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital to this position. The Title Clerk role is crucial in ensuring that all title documents are processed accurately and efficiently in an organized manner. Each Team Member must operate in a professional and businesslike manner with all Associates, Customers, Vendors and Guests and represent the Company accordingly. Responsibilities Process title documents for automobile transactions, including out of state deals. Post assigned transactions on a daily basis Prepare and distribute assigned reports on a daily basis Participate in monthly physical vehicle & title inventories Maintain assigned accounting schedules Cross train and serve in back-up roles for other business office functions Other Duties that may be assigned
