Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) car lot as a Car Sales & Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure smooth business operations. This includes customer sales, managing sales paperwork, collections, handling payments, ordering and tracking parts, posting cars online, and responding to inquiries. Additionally, you will gain valuable experience in title work and become an integral part of our team. If you have open availability for your work schedule and are someone who attends work when schedules and have some sort of auto parts experience please apply as you could be just the person we need for our team. On the job training provided, as long as you are computer literate and good with customers the rest can be learned.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Relations:
Training provided Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, ensuring a smooth and professional sales process. Offer excellent customer service, answering any questions, and resolving concerns related to vehicle purchases, payments, and vehicle conditions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and vehicles available for sale.
Sales Paperwork:
Training provided Complete all required sales paperwork, including contracts, credit applications, and disclosures, in an accurate and timely manner. Training provided Assist in processing and submitting required documentation for customer financing and vehicle title work. Training provided
Collections & Payment Processing:
Training provided Manage customer collections in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that payments are received on time. Handle payments, including cash, checks, or credit card transactions. Maintain accurate records of transactions, payments, and customer accounts.
Parts Ordering & Tracking:
Must have experience with Auto Parts Order and track parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure parts arrive on time and are of high quality.
Online Vehicle Listings:
Training provided Post new inventory online, ensuring accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing. Respond to customer inquiries and engage with potential buyers via online platforms.
Learning Title Work:
Training provided Learn the title work process, including obtaining titles, processing paperwork, and understanding state-specific regulations. Assist in managing title transfers, lien releases, and title-related issues.
Qualifications:
Driver’s License:
Must have a valid driver’s license. Previous experience in sales(retail), and customer service is needed. Ability to handle paperwork and manage financial transactions accurately. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and team members. Extensive knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle maintenance is required. Eagerness to learn title work and other automotive industry processes. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Fluent in

Fluent Spanish speakers will be paid $16.50 per hour.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay:
$15 per hour (or $16.00 per hour for fluent Spanish speakers)
Commission:
Commission based on sales performance of car lot PTO 5 paid holidays a year
