Real Estate Title Examiner 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 1701 West Hillsboro Boulevard, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 We are an established law firm that represents Plaintiff’s in foreclosure actions and are looking to hire a title examiner to join our team. We are located in Deerfield Beach and offer competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Working understanding of both foreclosure and real estate law. Familiarity with Loansphere. Experience examining title products provided by client’s vendors.
Qualifications/Skills:
Experience at a foreclosure law firm and/or underwriter in the State of Florida. General knowledge of the overall foreclosure process from start to finish. Computer proficiency to include current software programs, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe.
