Requirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a law firm environment. Must have knowledgeable of the following: 1. Title claims, foreclosure, mobile homes and probate processes; 2. Basic working knowledge and understanding of The Fund Title Notes and the Florida Uniform Title Standards. 3. Mortgage default servicing and title platforms, including BKFS LoanSphere, Tempo, TitleWave, DataTrace, etc.; 4. Mobile home retirement and related issues; 5. HUD, VA, and GSE conveyance requirements. Must have the ability to multitask, a great attitude and handle matters with minimal supervision. Must be proactive, organized and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to map out legal descriptions is a plus but not a requirement.
