TITLE PERSON.
We are looking for a competent individual to hellp with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations. Full Time or Part Time available Monday through Friday. Experience in the car industry is
REQIRED. NOTARY
of the PUBLIC is required. If you don’t have it, you must be eligible for Notary Certification. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion with little to no supervision.
Responsibilities:
Proper titling of used and wholesale sales for the dealership. Ensures sales transactions are processed in a timely way. Prepares purchase and sale documentation. Calling lenders to verify bank lien payoff amounts.. Assist in verifying and processing leasing payoffs. Ensures the company’s title work meets state requirements. Provide additional administrative support as needed. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of title clerk experience in an auto dealership or tag agency. Knowledge of out-of-state titles is a plus. Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred Strong attention to detail. Excellent follow-through skills High school diploma or equivalent.
