Your specific duties will include:

Processing title transactions from order entry through final closing. Communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather information and ensure smooth transactions. Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions. Ordering and disclosing inspections, estoppel letters, insurance, and surveys. Preparing the Closing Disclosure and ensuring compliance with lender instructions and legal requirements. Specific qualifications for the position include : Experience in title processing and/or closing. Strong understanding of Florida real estate transactions and settlement practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with title processing software and closing disclosure preparation.

Pay Rate Range :

$45K – $52K Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
