The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing title processing tasks, ensuring compliance with state laws, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Process title documents and ensure accuracy in all paperwork related to transactions.
- Conduct research on titles, including verifying ownership and identifying any liens or encumbrances.
- Communicate effectively with clients, dealers, sales agents and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues via phone and email.
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions and documentation for compliance purposes. Qualifications
