Job responsibilities will include full
TITLE PROCESSING
- File opener
- Ordering Search, Taxes, Payoffs etc…
- Review and clearing of title.
- Preparing settlement statements.
- Preparing file for Title Closer.
Compensation:
- $ 55,000.00 – $ 70,000.00 yearly starting salary.
- 5-10% salary increase upon yearly review.
- Bonus/ Profit Sharing.
- Commissions on personal referrals.
