Automotive Title Clerk Doral Automotive Group 11020 SW 186th St, Cutler Bay, FL 33157 Position Summary The Title Specialist will be responsible for processing all Retail Customer and Wholesale Title Work. They will be responsible for ensuring we have titles and an MCO for all vehicles for sale. The Title Specialist will work with Lenders and Wholesale Auctions to resolve title and payment issues. Position Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2 or more years of experience as a Title Specialist Excellent computer skills, including CDK DMS software and Microsoft Office Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Aptitude for numbers and exceptional commitment to accuracy Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Position Responsibilities Prepare and review retail title work for accuracy and process through the tag agency Prepare and review wholesale title work for accuracy and process with the auction Prepare dealer trade titles Follow up on dealer trade and wholesale receivables Process all drafts and follow up on payment Maintain inventory of dealer tags Maintain DLRDMV system inventory of temporary tags and customer plates Follow up with receipt of titles/MCO from lenders and factory Maintain Title and MCO inventory Meet with the General Manager and Department Mangers to resolve issues and implement process improvements Schedule Responsibility Tag fee payable schedule Wholesale receivable schedule Dealer Trade receivable schedule
