Title Processor/Closer Nu World Title – 4.2 Miami, FL Job Details Temporary | Full-time $32,215.76 – $75,000.00 a year 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Sales Mid-level Sales pipeline TILA Loan processing Full Job Description Responsible for all aspects of title documentation, preparation, review and submission; document and maintain title records; document examination; review of title search requests to ascertain types of title evidence required; prepare reports describing any title encumbrances and outlining actions needed to clear title; confer with realtors, lending institution personnel, buyers, sellers, and the likes for the purpose of exchanging title related information or to resolve title related issues; prepare and issue title commitments and title insurance policies based on information compiled from title searches; prepare Closing Disclosure Statements and all required documents required for closing; perform any and all clerical and administrative duties required for the proper execution of respective job duties; and perform any necessary services for completion of these objectives with relation to the company.
