Join a well-established residential homebuilding company as a Title Coordinator! This is an exciting long-term temporary position offering stability, flexibility, and the chance to work with a supportive and experienced team. After initial in-office training, you’ll enjoy the convenience of working from home with occasional on-site visits as needed. What You’ll Do As a Title Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting smooth real estate transactions. You’ll ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in preparing title documentation and final policies.
Your day-to-day will include:
Reviewing purchase contracts and opening title orders in Ramquest. Downloading and examining title searches for completeness and accuracy. Verifying legal descriptions, ownership, and property restrictions. Preparing title commitments, invoices, and survey requests. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date logs, spreadsheets, and reports. Reviewing and managing final boundary surveys and related documents. Issuing final title policies and verifying settlement documentation. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Supporting audit processes and assisting with future title claims. What You Bring 1-2 years of experience in title processing or a related field. Familiarity with Ramquest software (preferred but not required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of real estate documents and official public records.
