We are looking to add a qualified Tag & Title Clerk to our team. We are a company that has a philosophy of a family atmosphere with a corporate structure. We strive to ensure that our team members have the support they need to succeed. We are currently looking for an experienced and well organized Tag & Title Clerk to join our Office Admin Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
include, but are not limited to: Processing of vehicle tag and title paperwork on all new and used vehicles sold both in state and out while maintaining strict compliance with all titling laws and filing requirements. Able to communicate in a professional manner with Sales Department, Finance Department, and customers. Cutting refunds and collecting shortages as needed. Post Wholesales / Purchases / Dealer-trades. Collection of Wholesale / Dealer-trade payments. Stocking in New/Used units. Reconcile schedules. Filing and other duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least one (1) year of recent Automotive Title Clerk experience General office dealership experience required DealerTrack experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent written and verbal communication Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, high volume dealership Able to work on time-sensitive projects with tight deadlines
