Job Description

Automotive Title Clerk Dealer Services Network Clearwater, FL 33764 Dealer Services Network is currently offering a great opportunity for an Automotive Title Clerk position in Clearwater, FL. This location offers an awesome working environment, great pay, full benefits, and Paid Time Off. We are looking for a candidate to join our team that is goal oriented and able to work independently. Responsibilities and Duties may include some or all of the below:

  • Processing and verifying title transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for title transfers, lien releases and other related paperwork.
  • Communicate with auction house, bank and other dealerships to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Maintain organized records of all title-related documents and reports.
  • Resolve any title discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on DMV and state regulations related to vehicle titling.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Prior accounting or title work experience is a plus but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Some knowledge of automotive accounting (i.e., refund, write off, funding, F&I Notes). Knowledge of some DMV Software such as TitleTec, CVR, DLRdmv, CDK, ect.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one

  • on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to pass criminal background check
