Job Title:

Title Clerk – No Experience Needed (We Provide Training!) Job Summary Express OMV is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. If you have experience in cash handling , customer service , and are comfortable using basic computer programs , this could be a great fit. No prior experience in title processing or OMV records? No problem—we offer full training for the right candidate! In this role, you’ll assist customers with vehicle titles, license renewals, identification cards, and record updates—all while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Louisiana OMV policies. Key Responsibilities Review and process OMV documents for vehicle titles, licenses, IDs, and reinstatement requests. Research ownership, liens, and related information using OMV systems. Communicate clearly with clients, OMV agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inquiries. Maintain accurate and organized records for all transactions in compliance with Louisiana regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or issues during processing. Stay up to date on policy and procedure changes related to OMV services. Qualifications Previous cash handling experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft OS) and solid typing skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must pass a background check.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.00 per week
